How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is set at $5 and international shipping is set at $15! If you spend more than $50 its automatically FREE shipping!
How do I take care of my swimwear?
Wash with cold water (it can go in the washing machine with other items) and air dry to prevent shrinkage.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer PAID returns and PAID exchanges within 30-days of purchases.
The items must be shipped in original condition with hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns can be made ONLY if there's a sizing issue & an exchange is not possible.
Please don't make a return because you decided you don't want your purchase anymore. This is a one-woman team and a small business. By making unnecessary returns, you are hurting me and my business.
Customer is reliable for the return/exchange shipping fee.
You will be fully refunded (item price excluding original shipping and return shipping).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you insure your package. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
My order tracking has been stuck/ my package is lost in transit. What should I do?
Once we ship out your order, we are unfortunately no longer responsible for your package. Please reach out to your local USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. for help. We will try to assist as much as possible, but the mail is out of our control. Please email email@example.com for any questions!
How do I request a return/exchange?
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what was wrong
- Place items in the bag as it originally was.
- Ship it back at your own cost.
We will then either issue you your refund (item price excluding original shipping and return shipping).
Send over your new items AT OUR COST
Do I need to return the full set?
If you are exchanging: you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
If refunding: the FULL set must be returned (top and bottom).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
What if an item is damaged or faulty?
