How can I change or cancel my order?
Email info.changeswim@gmail.com or dm @changeswim on Instagram ASAP to make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
When will my order arrive?
I always ship out ASAP! You will get your order generally within 3-6 business days!
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is set at $5 and is automatically FREE when you spend more than $50. International shipping is set at $22 and is automatically FREE when you spend more than $100. Change Swim is not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes.
How do I take care of my swimwear?
Hand wash with cold water and air dry to prevent shrinkage. Hand washing your bikini helps it stay extra soft!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30-days of purchases. Returns can be made ONLY if there's a sizing issue & an exchange is not possible.
The items must be shipped in original condition with hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Please don't make a return because you decided you don't want your purchase anymore. This is a one-woman team and a small business. By making unnecessary returns, you are hurting me and my business.
Customer is reliable for the return/exchange shipping fee.
You will be fully refunded (item price excluding original shipping and return shipping).

My order tracking has been stuck/ my package is lost in transit. What should I do?
Once we ship out your order, we are unfortunately no longer responsible for your package. Please reach out to your local USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. for help. We will try to assist as much as possible, but the mail is out of our control. Please email info.changeswim@gmail.com for any questions!
What if an item is damaged or faulty?
Email: info.changeswim@gmail.com to let us know what went wrong. We will get back ASAP to resolve the issue and if an exchange or return is necessary, that will be at OUR cost.
